JEB Maschinenbau becomes CNC Solutions Baden GmbH
On October 1st, 2021, the company transferred from JEB Maschinenbau GmbH to CNC-Solutions Baden GmbH. In the course of the succession plan, Mr. Michael Schirra - long-time authorized signatory of JEB GmbH - together with his son Marco Schirra acquired the entire manufacturing company and continues it as managing director under the name CNC-Solutions Baden GmbH at the old plant.
